Enhance Your Wellness Journey with Private Yoga Classes Embark on a transformative journey as you cultivate both physical vitality and mental clarity through the power of yoga. Consistent practice can dissolve physical and emotional challenges, paving the way for vibrant health and deep self-awareness. My private yoga classes are tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach that enhances your practice and refines your alignment. My Offerings Include: - Teaching Styles: I incorporate a variety of styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga, utilizing provided yoga props and mats to support your practice. - One-on-One Sessions: Classes are conducted in the serene environment of The Reconnection Room in Vaucluse, Sydney, where you can feel at ease and focused. - Customized Focus: Each session is specifically designed for you, covering: - Asana practice and alignment correction - Stretching routines and dynamic yoga flows - Breathing exercises (Pranayama) to enhance your lung capacity and relaxation - Diverse meditation techniques, including guided visualizations, mantra chanting, and Yoga Nidra - Sound healing sessions with Tibetan bowls to promote deep relaxation and balance I look forward to working with you to nurture your body and mind in a supportive, individualized setting. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking or class: Please visit greenyoga.me access your account (right top corner) and cancel your booking. You can cancel your class from the Speces by Wix app, under your profile, you will see a page called ''my agenda'' and ''my bookings'' click ''cancel''. No shows Unlimited plans don't need any further action. One time class or treatment booked please contact Deb to reschedule your class/treatments. Events Please contact the organiser for a refund or re-schedule greenyogame@gmail.com. Depending on the event a booking fee might be held for late cancellation. Private classes & treatments only: Please note cancellation requires 4 hours cancellation notice prior to your booking class. Below 4 hours notice, there will be a $10 cancellation fee for private classes and treatments. Unless is an emergency, we all know life happens, then the fee will be waived under the management discretion. Please check with the organizer for any other services and reschedule your private class or treatment. If you have any difficulties to cancel or reschedule your appointment contact Deb 0404 513 616.
